01. What we do
With over 20 years experience, we understand the UK furniture market.
We are able to help companies create and action the right plan to launch and grow their business in the UK.
Utilising our long standing customer relationships, experienced marketing knowledge in both physical and digital formats, and passion for embracing the benefits in technology.
02. Why we do it
We experienced the shift in the supply chain from Europe to the Far East and the race to offer retailers quality and competitive products.
With the introduction of so many technological solutions and the change in consumer habits, we know the market is changing.
Through our passion and experience, we see a great opportunity for manufacturers to enter the UK market in a cost-effective and possible unconventional way.
To create a UK office, manage and develope a sales team, operate a warehouse, and other requirements of the traditional set up can be a large risk and cost.
So our mission is to find solutions that are cost effective, removing some of the risk involved in expanding into new markets, but not compromising the service our customers are looking for.
This is WHY we are here.
To help you find new opportunities without the risk.

There is no one straight answer.
It's about understanding what you want to achieve and working with you to find the best solution.
We will offer our knowledge and help highlight potential issues or problems that may need to be overcome, or offer alternative suggestions.
The basic process is-
IDENTIFY ideal customer base
Build AWARENESS of your offering.
Find ways for the customer base to ENGAGE with the product
Create an OFFER that gives them something they don't want to miss out on (FOMO).
Continue to BUILD and SOLVE customer's problems.
04. Who we are
Ross Charlton has been involved with timber from a very early age.
Starting his career in the family company, being the first of the 5th generation to work in the business.
A.J.Charlton & Sons was at one stage the largest hardwood sawmill in the UK, having supplied timber to some of the UK's established furniture makers; including Bath Cabinets, Ercol and Airsprung.
Talk of business was always part of his upbringing, whether around the dinner table, or while experimenting with early computer systems with his Father.
Ross started by sourcing furniture from Europe and was heavily involved in the operations of the business, from warehousing to logistics.
As the business grew he stayed very connected to the sourcing and quality of the product. Visiting and ensuring quality control and specifications were met in factories in Europe and the Far East.
His passion for sales and marketing became the main focus.
Building relationships with customers and creating sales material that clearly communicates the companies selling points.
